The staff were very welcoming and an absolute pleasure. My superior double room was equipped with multi-channel television, a sitting area and a study table.

My small child and I truly enjoyed being there. All the employees were incredibly nice and pleasant. It was new-fashioned, neat and for the value. The location was particularly good, very close to old town. Also, the venue was only 1 km to 10 notable gardens.

Charming stay with good vibes
The room was cozy, perfect for our family. Food was a real highlight-so many delicious options! The staff was super friendly, always smiling and ready to help. The only thing was the noise in the morning. It woke us up a bit earlier than we wanted. Totally worth it for the experience, though!

Asuper clean and cozy double room, with an enormous and super tidy bathroom. While the light breakfast was adequate, the option for a more substantial meal was appreciated. Noise from the bar next door was a concern, particularly late into the night, and the shared bathroom setup may not suit everyone.

Friendly staff and good food!
The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. Our room was clean and comfy. The food was great and didn't break the bank, but we waited a bit too long for it. Would recommend it for a quick stopover!

We explored Cheltenham's Cricket Festival and enjoyed the town's vibrant gardens and shops. The location was super convenient, just a short walk to everything. We had a comfy stay in a great room.
The one downside was that our room was above a noisy bar, so it was a bit loud until midnight. Just a heads-up for lighter sleepers.

Great food and location
I loved the fine food and the beautiful setting of the Cotswolds. The building has a quirky charm that adds to the experience, but our room was a bit noisy , made it hard to sleep at times. It was a nice stay!

The double room provided decent space, with the charm of old country style decor. Access to the Cotswold Way made it ideal for exploring the fine countryside right from the doorstep.
The stair carpet leading to the rooms is in dire need of a deep clean, leaving an uninviting first impression. My room had an uncomfortable damp smell and some cobwebs, which definitely detracted from the cozy vibe expected of a country pub stay. Plus, the pub below was bustling and noisy late into the night, compromising any chance for a relaxing evening. Surely it's not standard practice to charge extra for breakfast on top of the already high room rate? Finding parking was a hassle as well. Nearby options were very limited and restrictive.

The twin room was clean and quite spacious, with a huge outside bathroom. The breakfast was nice, and we really enjoyed the dinner in the pub, food was delish. After a long day walking the cotswold way, this place was just what we needed.

My stay at The White Hart was enjoyable. The charming vintage decor and warm staff created a cute atmosphere. The noise from a nearby bar was noticeable. Despite that, the location offered fantastic access to the Cotswolds for my adventures.
